JGC Videography needed a stronger website to present premium wedding films, support commercial video enquiries and create a clearer route from viewing the work to booking a conversation.

JGC Videography is led by James, a Belfast-based videographer creating wedding films and commercial video content across Northern Ireland and beyond.

The project focused on rebuilding the website in Wix Studio so the brand could present its film work with more impact, guide visitors towards the right service and create a clearer enquiry journey.

The site needed to support two sides of the business: premium wedding videography and commercial video production.

The result is a more focused digital home for JGC Videography, with stronger visual presentation, clearer service structure and a website that more clearly reflects the quality of the films.

JGC’s work is outstanding, but the website was not matching the quality of the work.

JGC already had high-quality film content, a strong eye for storytelling and a clear personal style. The challenge was making the website feel equal to the work.

The previous setup did not give enough weight to the quality of the films, the client experience or the difference between wedding and commercial enquiries.

For a wedding videographer, the website has to do more than show nice visuals. It needs to build trust quickly, help couples understand the style, answer early questions and make the enquiry path feel simple.

For commercial clients, it also needs to show that video can support a wider brand, website or campaign, not just exist as a standalone asset.

Key issues included:

  • The website needed a more premium and cinematic feel

  • Wedding and commercial services needed clearer separation

  • The enquiry journey needed to feel more direct

  • The quality of the films needed stronger visual space

  • The site structure needed to support future growth

  • SEO needed to be considered around Belfast wedding videography search intent

A website built to turn strong films into more enquiries.

The website was rebuilt in Wix Studio with a stronger structure, improved page flow and more intentional visual presentation.

The homepage was shaped around wedding videography as the main service, giving couples a clear route into the work, the story, the experience and the enquiry process.

A separate commercial video route was created so business and brand enquiries could be handled with more focus. This allows JGC Videography to speak to both couples and commercial clients without making the homepage feel unfocused.

The design direction focused on giving the films more space, creating a stronger sense of atmosphere and making the website feel more aligned with the quality of the work.

It also creates a better foundation for future SEO, content, portfolio updates and partnership work with Verosia Studio. 

 

For photographers, videographers and creative service providers, strong visuals are only part of the job. The website has to frame the work properly, guide the right enquiries and make the value easier to understand.
